Hello, when receiving my item 2 days ago, I read booklet and followed all prompts. Seemed that things were going fine as the light worked. The remote worked. Even heard the sound of something being released. Noticing there was no sent. I gave it two days The diffuser is not releasing any scent. I have checked the hose and everything. I would like to return please

I got this defusor and it wasn't the one that I wanted. And you wouldn't take it back. So I was stuck with it. I had to pay $60 for it. And I don't have no oil for it. Because the oil was too expensive plus the user. And it was gonna be over a $100 and I didn't have the money at the time. The pay for it. So now I would like to get a Mini user with the 3 oils. But I'm having a hard time getting that. I don't know what the problem is.

Why can't I just order this and be done with it? I just want the Mini starter kit with the 3 oils. I don't want anything else. I just want that. Is there anyway? That's somebody can help me and so I can order it. I. Already got something that I didn't want. And I tried to send it back and I couldn't get my money back now. I need some oils and I would like to have the starter kit and somebody could. Please help me thank you.

SentimentMetrics.com Ripoff, SentimentMetrics ruined my reputation Sentiment Metrics is a SCAM

SentimentMetrics.com is absolutely ridiculous! I was baited in by their pitch for "restore online reputation" with the "best pricing." My project officially started 7/13/09 and I am still waiting for some results. SentimentMetrics Account Managers- if you want to call them that, are nothing more than recent high school graduates that think they understand the computing world. They have absolutely "managerial" talent or authority. They have "supervisors" listed under their contacts to make complaints to, however they don't provide a name or extension. I've sent over 240 emails since 6/11/09 to which a "supervisor" has never responded! I'm on my 3rd "account manager" this week. Sentiment Metrics is the worst SEO company ever. These guys don't know what they are doing but they charge you every month.
